We are so proud to announce the huge success of our latest sponsored charity event. A Musical Extravaganza held on 16 October where the sum of £1,013.43 was raised for Derbyshire Mind. Thank you to all who took part and contributed – performers, the volunteers at The Duchess Theatre, and those who donated prizes for the raffle on the evening. The Sonettes, a group of ladies from the Sonara Singers (pictured), and one of the performers on the night, together with MinedFul, the GentleMen and special guest, international mezzo-soprano, Nicola Hunt, brought the house down. We were pleased to present the cheque to Jenny Hotchkiss (Chief Executive) and Joe Heeney, MBE (Head of Partnerships and Services) at Derbyshire Mind.
Our Principal, Christine Middleton, has been shortlisted by Modern Law for Costs Lawyer of the Year 2025. On hearing the news Christine said, “I am amazed but humbled by the nomination along with 6 other extremely talented and highly regarded Costs Professionals. This is truly an honour.”
